Marc McDermott was born on July 24, 1881 in the province of Goldburn, New South Wales, Australia. Marc’s lived a pretty quiet childhood in New South Wales. When he was 15 years old, he was attending the Jesuit College of Sydney when his father died. In order to support his mother and his sister, Marc took part in an acting troupe in Sydney.
